Position Overview

We are seeking a Master-Level Advanced Dental Technician with a comprehensive understanding of dental function, occlusion, and morphology. The ideal candidate will be a CAD/CAM specialist capable of planning, designing, and milling restorations ranging from single units to full-mouth reconstructions and complex implant cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and mill restorations from single tooth to full-arch cases or both
• Execute complex full-mouth reconstructions and All-on-X cases
• Design implant-supported prostheses with high functional and esthetic accuracy
• Ensure proper occlusion, articulation, and morphology in all restorations
• Collaborate closely with clinicians and internal departments
• Maintain high-quality standards and production efficiency
• Troubleshoot complex restorative challenges

 

Technical Expertise Required

• Advanced knowledge of Dental function and biomechanics, Occlusion principles, tooth morphology and esthetics
• Specialist-level CAD/CAM skills in implant dentistry
• Ability to manage cases independently from planning to final production
• Proficiency in major dental CAD systems, including Zirkonzahn, Exocad, 3Shape

• Strong working knowledge in major implant systems

• Experience with digital workflows for implant restorations and full-mouth cases is essential.

 

Communication & Teamwork

• Ability to read and understand English prescriptions and instructions
• Coordinate effectively with dentists, other designers, and production teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced digital lab environment

 

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an advanced or master dental technician
• Registered Dental Technologist (RDT) certification is an asset
• Proven expertise in CAD/CAM implant dentistry
• Strong understanding of full-mouth rehabilitation principles
• High attention to detail and quality

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Advanced CAD/CAM Smile Design Technician with extensive experience in 3Shape, Exocad, and ZirkonZahn software. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in digital smile design, implant planning, and advanced CAD/CAM workflows, with the ability to directly communicate with doctors to discuss esthetic and functional requirements while designing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced smile design using 3Shape, Exocad, and ZirkonZahn software.
• Case planning for smile design and implant cases, including All-on-X restorations.
• Advanced implant planning, designing, and digital workflow management.
• Translate clinical requirements into accurate digital designs for veneers, crowns, bridges, implants, and full-arch restorations.
• Collaborate closely with doctors to review patient cases, discuss design goals, and provide technical input during the design process.
• 3D printing and finishing of dental restorations.
• Provide virtual mock-ups and design previews for case approval.
• Ensure high-quality, functional, and esthetically pleasing final restorations.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless transition from digital design to fabrication.
• Maintain accurate records of designs, case notes, and doctor communications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental lab CAD/CAM department.
• Proficiency and experience in 3Shape, Exocad, and ZirkonZahn software.
• Strong understanding of occlusion, function, and restorative dentistry principles.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for esthetics.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills with a professional attitude and ability to speak directly with doctors.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
